My name is Sabrina and since I was a child I have always been passionate about the world of olive growing. After earning a degree in engineering and gaining professional experience outside Liguria in multinational companies, I tried to make my passion a reality by pursuing the dream of creating a farm.

The first step was to purchase new olive groves to add to those already owned by my family; in the following years, I bought the oil mill, a bottling line for the oil, and a complete line for processing olives in brine.

Today I cultivate my olive groves with respect for nature and animals and personally take care of every stage of the production process.

It was insanely hot!

The oil mill is all mine

I'm a good eater

It was the month of October many years ago: when the temperature is so high, it is necessary to pay close attention to how the freshly picked olives are handled. If they are stored to be processed later, there is a fairly concrete risk that they will ferment, sometimes producing even defective oil; so you roll up your sleeves (as if this isn't usually done) and press the olives at the same time as the harvest.

I have another passion: I like to cook. For this reason, I was thrilled to collaborate with the Giallo Zafferano Blog “In cucina con Patty” where the amazing Patrizia tried out some of my products in her recipes:

-Trofie with Pesto, Potatoes and Green Beans with Fiorolio 5F Farm olive oil

-Rabbit with Taggiasca olives from Azienda Agricola 5F and Fiorolio olive oil (Ligurian recipe)

-Ligurian Pansotti di magro with Fiorolio 5F Farm olive oil

-Beef with Fiorolio 5F Farm olive oil

I like to experiment, to dare: from the same olives you can obtain oils that are more or less spicy, more or less bitter, more or less fruity. Just a few details are enough to have products that are different from each other.
